Because of the nature of the equipment and in consideration of other croppers, babies and children under the age of 12 will not be permitted at crops, classes or in the crop area except during special classes designed specifically for their age group.  Children 12 and older who are croppers may register with an adult for crops and classes. 

If you come to crop during the week or during "open cropping" on Saturdays, we ask that you make arrangements for the care of your children.    Infants in carriers may be with you in the crop room during the day on week days only as long as they are content.

For classes, reservations need to be made at least a day in advance.  The minimum number of students required for a class to make is set by each instructor.  Should we end up with less than the minimun signed up for a class, it may regrettably be canceled with a credit toward another class or crop.  (See "Cancellations" below)  If we need to cancel a class for any reason, a credit will be given toward another class or crop. 

The fee for classes and crops is to be paid  when the reservation is made in order to hold your spot. 

For Crops, you can sign up yourself and five other people.  Sign-ups for crops begin on the 15th of the preceeding month at 10 a.m.  Sign-ups for our bi-monthly retreats begin when notified by e-mail that the sign-up process has begun.  

Cancellations may be made thru the day before a crop or class with credit being given toward another class or crop of your choice.  If you find you must cancel the day of a crop, credit will only be given if we can fill your spot from the waiting list. 

Instructors base their preparation and supplies on the number registered for the class.  Because of these factors, please understand that while we appreciate the notification, credit cannot be given for cancellations the day of a class.  If you find the day of a class that you are unable to attend, a kit from the class will be available for you the following day if the class lends itself to doing a kit. 

IMPORTANT:  If you leave a message on the answering machine or email us for a cancellation, please call back during business hours to ensure we received the message.  Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a credit for your crop or class.
